Tutor

Back to Basics Learning Dynamics

We have been in business for over 35 years providing schools, state agencies, and parents with education support. We provide 1:1 and small group virtual tutoring before, during, and after school hours. A student simply signs up on our inquiry form and we assign them a tutor who is highly qualified to teach in that subject area. All of our tutors are educators who can meet the child where they are at and help them recover from covid learning loss using HQIM. We use zoom, so it's easy for students to engage with tutors online. Parents set up a schedule that is convenient for them.

Pearl

Pearl's platform provides a digital campus experience to Admins, Instructors, Students and Parents. Their virtual classroom and integrated administrative tools provide a secure, all-in-one place to host and manage hybrid learning programs. The platform also provides clients the ability to collect and report data associated with all learning session types for attendance and assessment tracking purposes.

Multi-Layered System of Supports

Encourages districts to include tutoring in the implementation of a new Multi-Layered System of Supports (MLSS) to ensure it’s integrated into districts’ larger acceleration strategies. New Mexico has received a total of $1.5 billion in pandemic-relief education funding and the state must set aside $176 million of that money to address unfinished learning. The state has committed $22 million dollars to support districts in the development of targeted, intensive tutoring programs and an additional $40 million to a teacher- pipeline program that will provide tutors in participating districts.
