Increases the Literacy Tutoring Grant amount per student for high-dosage tutoring from $500 to $1,500. K-3 students who have not met the reading standard or are at risk of reading difficulties as determined by a high-quality screener or fourth-grade students who have received a good cause exemption are eligible to have their parents apply for the grant and use tutoring providers included on the state-approved provider list.
