Program Overview

Mission

BookNook exists to help schools strengthen student achievement through high-impact tutoring grounded in research and learning standards. We partner with districts to examine student needs, create strong instructional conditions, and support consistent, meaningful learning experiences in reading and math so more students can build confidence and make measurable progress.

Mission
To ensure every child has access to a world-class reading teacher.
Program Description

BookNook provides research-driven, synchronous high-impact tutoring for K–8 students in reading and math. The program is designed to support schools in delivering consistent, small-group or one-to-one supplemental instruction aligned to learning standards and informed by student data.
Tutoring is delivered through BookNook’s virtual tutoring services, where BookNook-supported tutors facilitate live tutoring sessions using high-quality instructional materials. Program design prioritizes appropriate dosage, strong student–tutor relationships, and data-informed instruction to help schools address learning gaps and strengthen foundational skills.
