The mission of the WRAP program is to equip every boy and girl who attends Boys & Girls Clubs in the LA Harbor area with the reading and writing skills necessary to become contributing citizens to their community.

Program Description

WRAP, Writing Reading Achievement Program, is a speech-to-print approach to high-impact tutoring for the development and remediation of reading and writing skills.
