Program Overview
FuseLit Education Group accelerates student learning by delivering structured, relationship-centered, high-impact tutoring that meets every student at their right level and moves them forward with intention, consistency, and care.
FuseLit's School High-Impact Tutoring (HIT) Program serves K–12 students across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. through structured tutoring in Math, Reading, and Writing. Tutoring is delivered both in person at school partner sites and virtually.
The program meets NSSA HIT standards through consistent dosage, small group sizes of four or fewer, vetted instructional materials, and session-level data collection. Each cycle is designed to support measurable student growth over time.
Each program cycle opens with a dedicated relationship-building week before academic instruction begins. Students work with the same tutor to build trust, belonging, and confidence alongside academic skills.
School and district partners receive a turnkey, compliance-ready implementation that includes structured onboarding, biweekly progress reports, end-of-cycle summaries, and full MTSS-aligned documentation. Equity is centered throughout the program, from culturally responsive instructional materials to disaggregated data reporting used to monitor the progress of every student group.
