Simplify Math Engagement Center (DBA Eurekii)

Mission: Mission:

Eurekii's mission is to help build math capacity in schools, helping everyone we work with fall in love with math. In order to move math scores in schools, start with the math culture in the school - find trends in teacher math capacity, leveraging your para educators and community members to grow your tutoring and math instruction pipeline - while leveraging High Impact Tutoring where you need it most.

Program Description: Program Description:

Our core services include offering comprehensive high impact tutoring which includes building, training, monitoring and being held accountable for a team of tutors for your school as well as providing high impact tutoring directly both virtually and in-person. We also help districts build their own math teacher pipeline by training and supporting para educators and community members to love math, addressing their anxiety and focusing on inclusive math environments for all learners. Our training focuses on building conceptual understanding, problem-solving, and number sense with students. In our five years of business, our virtual and in-person tutoring teams have supported over 3,600 students and over 500,000 student tutoring sessions. We have worked with over 30 schools with a focus on math, namely grades 2-12. With the rising teacher shortage especially in secondary mathematics, our company has evolved to support schools in building math capacity not only within their students, but with their support staff, existing tutors, para educators, substitutes and teachers.
