Katrinet "Kay" Sims is a dedicated educator with nearly 20 years of service in Huntsville City Schools. As the instructor of the HCS Education and Training program, she has not only taught aspiring educators but also developed a robust curriculum that enhances student learning and engagement. Katrinet proudly serves as a Building Representative for the Huntsville Education Association and embraces her role as a mentor and role model for hundreds of students. Her commitment to excellence in education inspires her daily work. Outside the classroom, she is a proud mother of two intelligent young men.
