Effortful Thinking

This module builds tutors' understanding of how people learn and remember information; the importance of effortful thinking, and distinguishing between elaborative and non-elaborative questions in HQIM. Tutors practice anticipating student misconceptions and responding to student thinking with prompts that support learners in thinking effortfully.
