Maintaining High Expectations

This module trains tutors on how to maintain high expectations and highlights some common challenges that tutors might face in their tutorials. The module introduces four leadership styles that tutors can adopt and helps them identify when they are in each role. Finally, the module challenges tutors to find the balance of high challenge and high support, which is just what students need to grow and succeed.
