Back to Basics Learning Dynamics

We have been in business for over 35 years providing schools, state agencies, and parents with education support. We provide 1:1 and small group virtual tutoring before, during, and after school hours. A student simply signs up on our inquiry form and we assign them a tutor who is highly qualified to teach in that subject area. All of our tutors are educators who can meet the child where they are at and help them recover from covid learning loss using HQIM. We use zoom, so it's easy for students to engage with tutors online. Parents set up a schedule that is convenient for them.

Pearl

Pearl's platform provides a digital campus experience to Admins, Instructors, Students and Parents. Their virtual classroom and integrated administrative tools provide a secure, all-in-one place to host and manage hybrid learning programs. The platform also provides clients the ability to collect and report data associated with all learning session types for attendance and assessment tracking purposes.

Ignite! Reading

Ignite Reading is a one-to-one virtual literacy tutoring program designed to address early reading skill gaps in young learners through high-dosage, individualized instruction. An ESSA-3 aligned program, Ignite Reading pairs students with highly-trained reading tutors for daily 15-minute sessions focused on foundational literacy skills, including phonemic awareness, phonics, decoding, and fluency, using a structured and research-based instructional sequence. Schools are supported by Ignite Reading literacy specialists who monitor progress and provide detailed data reports to educators.

EdEquity

EdEquityTH was built on the premise of free tutoring and lessons for underprivileged children. There are many people and children around the world who do not have access to quality education so we seek to do our part to help those who do not have access to quality education. Services are completely free and are entirely supported through volunteers, patrons and donations.

Tier One Learning, LLC

Tier One Learning Solutions was launched in Fall 2020 out of a sincere passion and need to educate children with integrity by providing an intervention-based tutorial service that goes beyond homework assistance. The idea was brought upon by frustrations and obstacles that my husband and I, both Certified Educators, encountered while teaching in various school districts in Texas.School districts classify students with academic deficits as Tier II and Tier III students performing below grade level in core subjects and school-wide assessments given at various times throughout the school year.

HomeWorks Trenton

Students live at HomeWorks during the week then spend the weekend with their families. While at our program, students receive housing, transport to and from school, healthy meals, and social and academic resources such as tutoring, therapy, and social identity workshops. All of our programming is offered free of cost by local volunteers and college students. We try to bring all of the benefits of the boarding school experience to public education without high costs and scalability issues.
