David Parker is the Vice President of Education Research at ServeMinnesota. ServeMinnesota is the state's AmeriCorps commission, and in that role it supports the development and deployment of Reading and Math Corps - large-scale tutoring programs operated in partnership with local schools. David has a Ph.D. in educational psychology and a special interest in understanding the instructional and contextual variables that accelerate learning. At ServeMinnesota he leads program design, research and evaluation, and data services to ensure tutoring programs are maximally impactful.
