
Ev Gilbert (they/he) is a Research Associate at the National Student Support Accelerator. They use qualitative and mixed methods research to center the lived experiences of multiply marginalized youth in education policy, driving transformative systems change. Ev is passionate about advancing equitable access and opportunity for all students.
Ev holds an M.A. in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership Studies from Stanford University and a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Public Health from Boston University. Their background as an LGBTQ youth worker and educator in Massachusetts guides their work and scholarly interests.
