Lauren Ziegler is the Managing Director of the National Student Support Accelerator at Stanford University. In this role, she leads the translation of research on learning acceleration into actionable guidance and tools for U.S. district and state leaders. She has spent her career advancing educational equity on national and global scales through roles in research, policy, and practice. Previously, Lauren led global research on family and community engagement in education at the Brookings Institution. She also served as a Broad Resident in Urban Education, driving strategic initiatives for Mastery Charter Schools. Earlier in her career, she was a Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Department of State and began her work in education as an English teacher in France.
