Mindy Sjoblom is the Founder and CEO of OnYourMark, which delivers research-proven virtual tutoring grounded in the Science of Reading and is leading the way in using AI to support quality instruction and streamlined operations. OnYourMark serves thousands of children nationwide through its High Impact Tutoring model. Mindy brings 25 years of K-12 education experience to her mission of making evidence-based literacy instruction accessible to all students. Her career includes serving as founding Director of Curriculum and Principal at Rauner College Prep, where she led the school to record ACT gains, and as Founding Dean of Relay Graduate School's Chicago campus, growing it into Illinois' second-largest teacher preparation program. Inspired by her son's dyslexia diagnosis, she launched OnYourMark to ensure all struggling readers receive systematic, explicit instruction.
