During Implementation: Collaboration with Provider

Purpose: This document provides a structure for regular check-ins and quarterly reflections focused on analyzing impact data, refining processes, and enhancing communication among all stakeholders. Reference this document to guide collaboration between districts and tutoring providers during implementation. 

Impact Data Analysis

What does the data show us about engagement and initial impact?

  • Enrollment/Registration
  • Attendance/participation/engagement rates
  • Formative assessment data (such as exit tickets)
  • Quarterly academic data (assessments, etc.)
  • Coverage data as appropriate (what standards objectives are being addressed in tutoring)
  • Disaggregated data insights 
Process

Are there opportunities to make improvements on the following processes:

  • Collaboration with school sites
  • Collaboration between the provider and district
  • Collaboration between teachers and tutors
  • Collaboration with families and caregivers
  • Data systems and technology
Communication
  • How have we/will we communicate data on student progress to each stakeholder group?
  • How have/will caregivers and students receive updates on progress, and who will share these updates with them: tutors, teachers, or both?
  • What improvements can we make to the processes currently in place?
