High-impact tutoring responds to students' individual needs and complements their classroom curriculum.

What is the purpose of the OST Playbook?

This Playbook aims to help OST providers design and implement high-impact tutoring programs for K-12 students. This Playbook is designed to support both launching a new high-impact tutoring program and improving an established one.

Who is the intended audience for the OST Playbook?

High-Impact Tutoring: Out-of-School Time Playbook

This Playbook aims to support OST providers and networks that support OST providers (e.g., afterschool networks, national affiliates, state service commissions) that are interested in expanding or beginning to offer high-impact tutoring programs. While OST staff members are the primary audience, state educational officials, school district staff, and school administrators can leverage many of the resources in the Playbook.
